Privacy Policy

Rosettely is a Google Workspace add-on operated by Julio Garcia ("we").
What the add-on accesses
- The Form or Sheet you install it on (current document only), to read responses and the student email.
- Only Drive files it creates or that you pick (drive.file), to copy your Slides template and save PDF certificates.
- Permission to send email as you, to deliver certificates and alerts.
- Triggers, to process new responses automatically.
Where data lives
Responses, templates and certificates stay in your own Google account (your Form/Sheet and Drive). We do not run a database of your students' data and do not sell or share it. Generated certificate PDFs are shared as "anyone with the link" so recipients can open them.
If you enter a license key, it is sent to our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) to check it is valid.
No tracking
This website and the add-on use no analytics or advertising trackers.
Google API data
Rosettely's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Uninstall the add-on and revoke it at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files it created remain in your Drive until you delete them.
